Natasha earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University in Oxford, OH, in 2002 in English Literature, Classics, and Latin. She went on to earn an M.A. in Latin from Indiana University in 2004. She began teaching high school at Bloomington High School North in 2006 and is now currently in her thirteenth year of teaching there. She believes that all students can learn and that language is for everyone. These beliefs are what motivate her every day as she educates children and fuel her own passion for education. She strives to create the best possible learning environment for all students, knowing that it is never a matter of content but a matter of approach.

Natasha received the Maureen O’Donnell Scholarship from the American Classical League in 2007, when she was just beginning her high school teaching career. While she was still an undergraduate, she received the Bishop Latin Prize and the Henry C. Montgomery Scholarship. She has served as the Department Chair for World Languages at Bloomington High School North for the past nine years.
